This order was delivered so fast really great boots so comfort really recommended this shop

Well, well. I didn’t know how my order was going (I didn’t receive a mail or anything), so I send you a message, but I didn’t receive any response till I received the order (I reclaimed when the days stipulated passed and wait for 2 days till I reclaimed again and you answered 3 days or so, after that when I received my order). Also one shoe of a pair is smallest that the other (it’s defective) and it hurts(I don’t know if I’m going to be able to wear it), I didn’t reclaimed because ALSO you don’t have a good return policy and I’m not gonna to pay for the devolution of your mistake (and I don’t want to pay taxes extra again, I already paid a lot). Aaaaand the quality of the shoes are terrible, they’re really expensive for that quality. You try to save money by not including shipment (I don’t know if someone pays 150€ for example is a good point to not pay shipping costs), using that logistic company that is terrible (I search info about them and barely all of the reviews were really bad) and set the price so high when the shoes are just bad plastic (it smells a lot) and I suppose that you don’t have employees or have one or so for the customer support and that’s why you don’t answer early. Well, everything bad. I hope you improve, but I’m sure I’m not going to buy again or recommend you.

Shoes were relatively good quality and arrived on time! After one wear though the bottoms of the shoes are a tad bit torn up.

I love koi's designs and the ordering and delivery process was fine except the first order I made, a completely different pair of trainers turned up. My boyfriend liked them anyway so I didn't bother making a complaint and just placed another order. Win-win for him, really lmao

Super cute sneakers! None of their shoes are good for day to day to wear, just a note. i got the white ones with the chains, but theyre VERYYY squeaky and noisy :( its very noticeable, Any suggestions on how to fix the sqeak in my shoes?

Ordered TIRA mary janes, their buckles fully broke within 6 wears… it’s very disappointing considering how pretty they are. I don’t think they’re worth the price if the quality is going to be like this

sent a Christmas present back to them for an exchange as I had bought the wrong size. I followed all the instructions listed on the website and did everything they said to do - had to go out of my way quite a bit. A couple of weeks later I get an email saying my refund had been processed which I obviously did not want so I emailed back telling them they had made a mistake just for them to respond telling me they don't even do exchanges! I told them I had got the instructions from their website and they said it was a mistake and that page shouldn't be up! Well I got back to them asking for them to waive my shipping fee as I didn't even get this refunded to me. Never heard back so had to reorder the boots for £10 more than the refund I received. I couldn't even get my 10% off first time user code. Won't be buying from them again.

I got the TIRA Black Patent Mary Janes around 2 months ago. I will admit, these are super cute shoes. I’ve gotten tons of compliments and I feel adorable when I wear them. Customer service was amazing and shipping was very fast.

Despite this, there are a LOT of problems. Scuff marks showed up during the first wear. The shoe is cute but the quality is TERRIBLE. It’s made out of plastic and the sole is super hard. It feels like I’m walking on plastic bricks and it hurts to wear them. I can’t run with them on. The buckles are really, really, bad quality. I’ve worn them around 10 times, but both of them have already snapped. One will not stay closed for long periods of time and will just pop open. The other one is not able to close at ALL. I didn’t realize this until it was too late and had to walk around with both straps just unattached. Both buckles are literally hanging on by a thread. And keep in mind this is with normal wear and tear for 10 WEARS. I’ve only walked short distances with these on. These do NOT last especially with the price point. I feel awful because they’re made of pure plastic and I’ll have to throw them out because they are not wearable.

i love them, i love the color, everything. unfortunately, they are not size inclusive. they wouldn’t zip up another inch to fit my calves.

Amazing company. Love their shoes and that they do a lot of larger sizes… Own 3 pairs now! Friendly staff inside their store… A great addition!

I give to 4 stars because the shoes were really cool but one of them was too big. I sized up like they recommended for people with wider feet but it ended up being to big. Other than that, really cool packaging, good price, and decent shipping.

The shipping was fast, I loved the product and the site was easy to use. I definitely love most of their site but it seemed a little too good to be true. I got something cheap but cute on sale and lo and behold it was actually super high quality and I thoroughly am enjoying my shoes. I will be ordering from them again definitely. I have also not heard anything problematic about the company yet so that's a plus. The platforms seem to be well attached to the soles as well so that's another plus: good construction.
